Well, that's a very noble, albeit, kinky endeavour!
If you're not familiar with coding, you're best starting off using something like RPG Maker Ace. Fairly simply way to create worlds. Plenty of tutorials online.

You might consider pinging GooInABox or checking out the posts they've made on these forums, they've given a lot of awesome advice recently and with similar threads made about the subject of making games/game music/starting out/etc.
I'm just starting to check out Godot in my free time in hopes of learning how to make a game, but there's a learning curve with everything before you can hope to make whatever game you have in your head, I'm finding out.
