Just the basic sound recorder program for windows. I have audacity, but I am so unfamiliar with it. I know I need to familiarize myself with it in order to improve, I just need people to express interest and kind of light a fire under my ass so to speak.. Get me motivated. Today I am going to post to my blog just ordinary narration from a book entitled "Life Lessons From Your Cat".
My husband had me listen to some other voice actors on here and I thought Well, shit if they can read ordinary stuff and people like it, maybe I can too! We'll see, plus the sexy sexy voice is good for Domme stuff and pred. but I can do more...

Hey I get you. Audacity is a great program and it even has a built in feature to cancel out most background noise. Like any budding talent it just takes practice. The quality of your audio has real improvement since you started posting here. When looking at mics if you ever decide to upgrade be sure to check ebay. I got my studio mic for my audio-Book hobby for half off since it was used, there is not a thing wrong with it.

I like what you do here. Have you tried approaching some of the authors on here and see if they would like you to read there stories if you are short on scripts? I am sure some of them would love it.

EDIT: Comments are always nice! From one sexy pred girl to another don't get discouraged is sometimes there are no comments it happens. Anyway hope you had a good new year!

I have been approaching authors I admire and would love to work with, and I have a few scripts that have been simmering in the background. I haven't forgotten the furry skunk girl anal (you know who you are) only one has responded, the rest act like I never messaged them.
It's lonely out here! Still trying to find a way to record myself reading without having to reveal my identity... I want to re do some of my earlier work, I feel it could be freshened up, vocally, by me and add some sounds, like I said time is something.. Well being a wife and working
full time, along with the familial obligations. Time is something I don't really get. I mean ALONE time, where my reading won't bother anyone, or their noises will be a disruption..

I am not offended at all! My husband didn't like it when I had the mic close to my mouth or whispered slowly. That made me unsure. Plus I saw a few youtube vids of a "Darling" of ASMR and she's a fast talker... I'd like to do something menacing and spine tingling, something that almost makes you wet your pants! Thank you for the feedback! I will strive to do better. I really really want to do an ASMR lure set to a picture my husband did.

I feel like I'm being such a persistent little pest! First off there's a writer on here that I am so obsessed with! I love this story they wrote and I want to read it soooooo bad! I doubt they'll ever let me,but a girl can dream, can't she? I even recorded myself reading a small excerpt of their story and sent it to them via PM. I promised that I wouldn't share it with anyone else until I got their go ahead.

Secondly, I finally got up the nerve and started a Patreon. My husband said that some of you might get offended that I started one, and may even call me greedy or money hungry. I can assure you that is not the case. I will lay it out bare for you all to see.

I am poor. I am broke. I work 40 hours a week in a job that is okay, it's not something that I love, but I have had worse jobs than this. My bosses are really cool and fun, and my co workers are like family to me.I get paid Bi Weekly, Friday is payday, by the following Monday I have NO money whatsoever. And I have to get through the next two weeks on nothing. I can't even buy myself bras, a basic necessity for women,people keep telling me that I can buy a good mic for $100, it costs $100 for two bras, and I'm down to just two. I cry when I think about what I am sacrificing just to get by. Yes, I have a job. But it's not what I have always wanted to do and it doesn't have the potential to make me happy or my life any better. Voice acting, however does. It gives me hope.

I have always secretly wanted to do something with my voice. All my life people tell me that I have an amazing voice. When I hear it, I don't think it's so great. A lot of other people do though. Because of this, and my rampant desire to continue this, I am asking for donations. Right now all that I can afford to do is one hour a day, one day a week. Unless I get lucky like I have been the last few days.

I have crappy equipment. I would like to make a mini studio in my home. I would like better equipment to work with. I would like to have more time, or at least more incentive to spend more time doing what I love. Yes, making money is a perk, but having the proper equipment to really take it to the next level is an even better incentive to ask for financial support.

I don't feel that I'm being greedy at all, I just want to live my dream and I'm so grateful that Pateron exists and that it might potentially help me actually do something with myself, for once. This is why I did it.

Sorry I was so long winded there, I just want you all to know that greed is nott my motivation, just living the life I've always dreamed of is my motivation.
