It's a good start! I'm unfortunately not really familiar with ms paint but gimp offers a ton of possibilities already and is completely free! Almost all of my stuff was made in gimp although i recently switched to Paint tool SAI. If MS Paint offers plenty of possibilities already though, then stick to that since youre already familiar with it!

Well, it's definitely a start for an artist. And, as an artist, we all need to start somewhere.

There's not entirely a lot I can suggest to get better at, seeing as the tools you have are truthfully VERY limited, and basic even with what it can do. So it might be worth looking into something more advanced than MS Paint. MS Paint is more of a jumping off point, and you'll be really hard pressed to advance as an artist with what you currently use. GIMP I find is far more useful for making textures for games, and I speak from experience, and if GIMP isn't able to work on whatever you use for art, there are definitely other options. If you like I can try and find them, link you to em, and let you find which, if any, you like. They'll all be free, don't worry. I will say though, that many artists, both Western and Eastern, use Paint Tool SAI for a reason.

I've also many videos and informational resources you can use as well, ranging from basic to more advanced stuff. But, I still believe your best course of action is to improve WHAT you have, both the program and tablet, if you used one, before changing your techniques and methods first.

We could always use more Male Pred artists, since it's nice to cater to more of the community that might be ignored. Keep at it, and don't get discouraged. The going will get tough if you want to get better, but nothing worthwhile is ever easy or simple.

If you want a reasonably high quality image editing program, look for the GNU Image Manipulation Program.

It's basically Photoshop-lite.

Really good for your first foray into vore work. Way better than my first attempts!

It's a good start! I worked with Paint for a long time, so I guess I could recommend using the pencil tool to make it look a bit more.. IDK, "elegant".
A good free program is FireAlpaca, maybe that'll work for you tho!
