Looks like Annie's teddy bear Tibbers has found a sweet-flavoring lunch which happens to be D.va in her Black cat outfit.

That would make for one hell of a finisher for Annie. She sends out Tibbers and, instead of just mauling the enemies, he eats them. In the process, Annie regains a portion of health determined by how much health the enemy champion had. Full health, Annie gets back half and so on. She gets half of what the enemy champion had left.
Just a wolf lookin' for some fun. I like all sorts. Just... don't eat me.
