You know what? I’m gonna second Pan from DBZ/GT and Karin from a Bleach. Especially if Karin can fight Yuzu in the first round for some sister/sister goodness. I’ll also second Izumi Sagiri: I haven’t seen the show she’s from, but she looks hella cute.

She is cute enough to count. Besides she still looks underage. She just barely isn't loli;) I think i would have allowed all neptunia girls besides Vert for two very big reasons;)

Noire is seeded. However, i can't promise a sister duell. But who knows what the random match maker will decide:).
I think mostly depends if Uni and Noire will survive some rounds.

I think Mira from Pokemon Diamond/Pearl/Platinum would be a good choice for a very underrated loli character, Skuld from Ah! My Goddess has always been a personal favorite of mine, and Jill from Drill Dozer would also be a pretty solid choice. Planning to write something with her in the near future myself, actually. Oh, and Food Fantasy has a ton of great loli characters to pick from! I honestly can't name just one, so I'll leave a link to the Food Fantasy wiki page where you can take a look at as many characters as you please if you have any interest.

Okay. Nearly made my final decision.
But it's between Pan (Dragon ball) and Etna (Disgaea) now.
If not someone else snipes the last place, I will give the final place to one of these two.

The dice have spoken. The first girl to be eaten will be Louise Françoise Le Blanc de La Vallière or Shinobu Oshion. The first one is a rather complex girl with strong magical spells. (Which need minutes of preparation.) The other one is a vampire that did lose all her powers. Bold spoken they both would be rather useless in a 1 vs 1 battle.
Luckily, the winners in this tournament are not decided in fights.

The first game I call: The high-risk vote!
It’s very easy. Just vote for your favorite. The girl that gets more votes wins. You can choose if you want to add 1 vote, 2 votes, or 5 votes to your Favorite.
HOWEVER!
There is a hidden maximum value. As soon as one girl receives more votes, the affected girl loses immediately! You are allowed to vote as many times as you like. With the small limitation that you always have to wait for at least two other users to vote between your votes.

The deadline is Sep 18th. (If no one loses earlier.)
