I've created a mouth rig for internal POV's using Cubism2D with a full range of expressions for talking. You can also control the wiggling of the tongue. There aren't many resources like this out there so if anyone would like to use it for whatever purpose please do. You don't have to credit me, in fact please don't. If it comes in handy for you maybe just send me a thank you message. If you do use this resource please let people know where they can find it so that they can make use of it too.
You can use the rig to set up maw POV images, export mp4's with the animator in the program, or have this as an add-on to a Vtube avatar. Also, if you're more artistically inclined than I am, you might want to paint over the layers in photoshop or some such to make your own mouth art. Add some saliva, heavy breathing fog, or some poor sap on the tongue, it's all pretty easy to do from here. Please feel free to modify it in any way for your purposes.
The rig uses Cubism2D and since this rig is very basic I think you'll be able to use it in the infinite free demo or if not there's another version I'm more confident in. If not using the demo anyone can get a 42 day free trial of the software and I thoroughly recommend it. The workflow from scraps to animation is really easy and the result is smooth with just a little bit of learning required. You can use it to make those Vtubers but I recommend it for any animation project where your character more-or-less just faces the viewer.
