Private chat windows

I'm new to the chat room, but been on this site for 6 yrs. I'm curious as to why there isn't a private widow option?

The library section is basically that. It's whisper only. So only you and the person on the other end can see the post.

Thank you for the suggestion regardless. As it turns out, this suggestion has been made a number of times before. We are currently working on something else and we will let you all know when we are open for public suggestion on how to improve the chat and or site more.
