Character name has already been used, but not since 2011....

I wanted to have my main roleplay character in the chat room, but someone already made one with it's name, 4 years ago, and from the looks of it, it hasn't been used in years.... What can be done about this so I can submit my character?

You'll have to come up with either a different name or some variation of the name. Unfortunately there's no way (right now, anyway) to delete chat characters, so once a name has been taken it's gone.

[name]_ is a good alternative that a lot of people use. Or, [name]_[last name].

[name]_the_[title] could also be an option

If you wanna be sneaky, and your character name has an "i" in it, use "í" instead. It's barely recognizable at a quick glance especíally when put in wíth words.
