Advice on migrating characters from alternative sites

Hello there pardon me for asking but could anyone offer me some advice on migrating my characters from another site to here
Thier bios are mainly text and I'm new to the character creation system on here
Some assistance would be greatly appreciated

It’s just basic html. You make your character on the chat (must have a unique name) and then you can edit the profile from the drop down menu next to the character’s name in your list.
