It's the finality implied by the burp that turns me on. It shows that the victim is gone for good or is going to be gone soon since digestion is underway. It also emphasises the worthlessness of the prey and the pred can do it to mock the prey too.

As prey I always enjoy the pred giving a nice burp once I'm swallowed. My characters tend to be either good and innocent (in which case the burp is for dominance) or sometimes I play evil characters like Lord Farquaad who deserve to be eaten, in which case the burp is part of their comeuppance.

i have no interest in burps outside of vore, but this bit here p much sums up exactly how i feel about them within a vore context. similarly to spitting up articles of clothing, it just kinda finalizes everything and says "this is what's become of the prey".

i also like it as an indication of the pred being in some kind of discomfort, from overeating or indigestion, because i'm gross like that.

Nothing better than a pred burping out the remains of its dinner eg bones or an item that belonged to the prey during life, particularly something really significant to the prey. It's like the ultimate "good ridddance food, bye-bye" statement from the pred.
