I'm not sure but I'm glad you shared them. I especially like the shot of the intestines. I'm going to have to save these for... research purposes...
Have you tried doing a reverse image search?
Also, if you got them from 8chan, it could be a new artist testing the waters before they make a gallery somewhere. I've seen it happen before.

Seriously though, that's a beautiful art style mixed with a great representation of internals (makes me think a mixture between Cownugget and Asanaman). If anyone can provide links, I'd gladly watch this person... in case they're not on Eka's someone should seriously invite them here as well.
