Help finding source of a manga vore image?

Hello everyone,

Recently I stumbled upon this amazing vore image featuring a tiny guy in a giantess's mouth (picture attached below). It looks to be from some sort of manga but reverse image searching hasn't turned up anything. If anyone knows the origin of this image, please let me know!

I just checked, this is similar but the page I attached doesn't appear anywhere. Are you sure you're not confusing this with something else?

Right artist, wrong manga (or chapter). I downloaded it off of E-Hentai Galleries a year or two ago. I'll search my downloads folders for it and if I find it I'll post the title and or link to where I got it if it is still up.

Okay, seeing how i am not doing good at the whole... forum part, I just figured I could politely ask if anyone knows who this artist is, where the rest of the comic is, etc etc
I found it via Pintrest and the site lead to Know your meme which said who drew it, but when i went and looked at their thing, there was no proof of it
