We don't exactly see the nomming happen, but it's obvious-ish. He could just be in the suit? But considering Elongated Man's reaction, the baddie's in his belly.

My thought was he just wrapped his body around him and formed a air bag at the same time. Seen it in teen tians the AS Madam Rogue wraps her torso around hot spot enclosing him, I think that is the same here lol. Sorry to ruin your fun

Yea, I really don't see it functioning as vore unless said character travels from the mouth through the throat. Or at least starting into the mouth, anyway.

He's done similar stuff before in the show, it's just him wrapping himself around the guy and not actually swallowing him.
