OP, when people post these things in the forums rather than on a gallery like a normal person it's usually because:

1.) They made it themselves and found it particularly shareworthy/need to promote their own galleries because commissions are an important stream of their income.
2.) They found something lost or rare or obscure - these people usually also try to gather everything they can of the same category/artist and credit who made it.
3.) It is at the very least, a category thread.

Maybe don't spam a thread for every picture by other people that you find off commonly known gallery sites that could perfectly fit in already existing category threads and then fail to credit anyone. Do you see how the M/F vore thread has 200+ pages? It wouldn't be against the rules per se if everything inside these 200+ pages were instead one person constantly opening individual threads, but would be fucking annoying and people would be right to complain.
