I'm not sure if these have been posted here yet or not, but...

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3qOEGqOmQBs

Cougar and four-point buck. Great example of the mouth-bite suffocation kill technique.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qt3jPMM42oQ

Hyenas and a zebra. Nicely graphic - hanging guts and all.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B7Sr6nMpIM0

More really graphic stuff. Presented as horrific, but pretty sure most of us won't react that way...

All good stuff. Mountain Lion footage is very very rare....so anything showcasing them is welcome.

Yeah, I was very surprised. That's once in a lifetime footage there. Not sure those guys realized quite how lucky they were to get such a great piece of footage of that kill! Juvenile cougars often kill that way, but it's very rare to actually -see- it like that, much less get it on tape.

EDIT: Speaking of interesting footage, there isn't much visible blood or gore here, but some fascinating footage of big cats hunting dogs successfully...Some really striking frames of a tiger with a newly killed dog in its jaws.

Pretty good one here. Five lionesses chew on a live male buffalo for 30 minutes straight in a slow relaxed fashion and it appears they are having a wonderful dinner together peacefully. Even the buffalo doesn't put up much of a fuss as they nibble on his penis, his balls, his anus, and his nose, lol. Then about 30 minutes in, the males disturb the girls dining, but surprisingly let them continue to eat after joining them.

You know the males explorers were keeping their junk covered from that female driver for the rest of that expedition. ROFL

Good showings from all contributors!

Fresh meat: a zebra takedown. Two lionesses are rather eager to bite into a live zebra's soft belly.

Preykills video above and Bangor's as well are two great videos. Thank you for sharing those.

This one is a bit disturbing for some reason. A mother Hyena catches a Jackal and then leaves him to her daughter to let her eat him. She starts by eating his hind legs off, leaving him with two stumps to wave around. You can hear the bones snap as she eats. The creepiness factor is thru the roof on this one. Lighting isn't great but you will see what I mean.

I'd like to see less blood and screaming and more evisceration of prey that's already dead. Anyone got any?

Have a playlist full of predators eviscerating dead prey: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OnRuZIt ... 5AvngbxuFr Start the first video at the 40:00 minute mark. Videos later in the list retain their custom starting points so you won't have to waste time waiting for the good parts to begin. (Lousy Google removed that customization feature from Youtube playlists over two years ago and never reinstated it, probably to ensure users wouldn't skip the advertisements.)

Some of those Gazelles are the spirit animals of a few of the regulars in this thread!

Not really great quality footage but not much going on here anyway so it's better than nothing.

Didn't know that accounts of people get blocked for posting non-equine stuff, it seemed rather common to me...
