We can clearly see most of the time that the prey get unwillingly wet from being eaten and the pred almost always get aroused by the act so... Why it isn't completely rape it clearly allude to it. Pred forcibly do something to the prey that trigger primal sexual amusement without the prey consent(not always the case as sometime its just a matter of law of nature vore where it is only done by eating, but once it involve sexual pleasure, then it is rape).( I am also not doing that to be against unwilling prey, just pointing the fact that an unwilling person involve a fetish can easily be considered rape even if it is the pred or prey.)
