It was just a conseptual drawing to begin with, but now I could use a skilled draftsman to begin making more definative drawings.

Don't forget that there are folds in the flesh, so using a material that folds well would reduce the stretch requirement.

You know, I've had very detailed ideas myself for a vore snake doll that could me marketed on places such as Ebay for example.

Simple designs ranging from just a snake plushie with an inside cavity and stretchy fabric to crawl inside of, to something as complex as a whole mock digestive system with heated water, rubbery smooth walls, and possibly even a few motors ripped out of massaging machines to add churning effect, in addition to a speaker to make stomach noises. :3
