Your best bet is to search POV on this sight and sights with GTS material. on giantessbooru you want to combo-tag search point_of_view with insertion and/or unbirth & unbirthing

for Gelbooru (though it only yields 2 results for unbirthing specifically) its pov and unbirthing. It nets you his little gem though.

You'll find your biggest problem is that many sites regard POV as just a different perspective or a picture targeted at you as the viewer and not necessarily you undergoing unbirthing so tags like "inside pussy" and the like narrow this down.
Aryion (aka eka's portal) is the wonderful exception to this. Search "unbirth, POV" in the gallery and it gets you exactly what you want.

pixiv as far as I can tell does not have a point of view tag, but it has a tag that translates to "womb regression" and an actual "unbirth" tag that till get you started in the right place. Here is a personal favorite from me.

Now, this may seem treacherous to post here, but I will point out that if you find first person vore with scene's inside the throat and anal vore with scene's inside the....anal tract, they tend to look so similar that you may consider adding them to pictures of cute girls with their pussy spread.

Another option is to search on well-tag-sorted sites like Gelbooru and search for spread_pussy or spread_pussy cervix and then crop out using paint and enlarge the area with the "spread pussy" using another program i.e. powerpoint or photoshop program to basically make your own like what I have provided.

Its cheap and the pixels get a bit distorted, but if you want quantity and get impatient, it is an option to make your own.
