Imagine an existing character can UB someone

Have you ever had in mind a character in a video game, anime, novel,... who you think would have a different mindset or at least act differently if the power to unbirth someone was conferred to them?

I've been thinking of it on Minamoto-no-Raikou from the Fate series (yes, that's a lot of Fate characters, I know), who already sees and loves a lot of characters like they were her own children, which isn't for nothing she has earned the nickname Mama Raikou by the fandom. But she is also a Berserker (or at least, that's the only version currently known for her, even if Saber is hinted in there), and her maternal love can also turn into a possessive behaviour, and a killer instinct towards people she thinks are a danger in regards to them, and it's really hard to change her mind. She fights in the name of love, whilst ignoring moral values, according to her bio.
If she were given the capability to unbirth someone... well I think she wouldn't hesitate to do this with anyone she loves as her own child per se lol (For example, any Master that has reached bond 5 and more with her). She would likely consider this as a way for others to do no harm to her unbirthee, or maybe as a punishment to the one who betrays her (no, I'm not even talking about Kiyohime, but Raikou), like the well-known UB catch-line "You're grounded!" And of course, the bond between her and Jack made by the fandom would come to a finality (don't take a shot everytime I mention Jack the Ripper lol), and quite the happy ending, I think :p

There are several.

Tsunade, from Naruto. I can honestly see Konohamaru getting annoying and Tsunade, just to teach him a lesson, shoves him up her cunt as punishment. Same deal with Sakura. Sakura's doing poorly in her training so to punish her, Tsunade forces her to strip down (since their training was clearly in private, otherwise no one else would be surprised by her strength when she exhibited it) and once naked, Sakura's final punishment is to spend the evening in Tsunade's womb. Or the rest of the week maybe. Who knows, we vore artists and writers have strange ideas.

Despite my love of unbirth, I can't really think of many characters (outside of porn media like Monster Girl Quest) that I could see willingly do this in the canon of their series. :<

My picks would be:
Bayonetta, whom I could see do this as a way to finish off a weakend opponent.
I imagine Morrigan Aensland form Darkstalkers would also do it.
Yandere-chan would do it to take out a rival, or to seal sempai away inside herself forever.

The character who actually inspired me to write UB for roleplay, Bill Cipher (from Gravity Falls).

Basically, he's a shapeshifting, hedonistic jerk who'd absolutely love the sensory experience of most forms of extreme kink, and he has a malleable enough form to be able to pull it off. I like to think he'd enjoy it for how it feels, but probably also as a way to humiliate someone who's pissed him off (like Ford).
