I've been wondering about that too... Mainly, because I'm too lazy to draw anything and pre-made models seem like a great shortcut.

I use poser 7 (I know its quite an old version, but that one already gets my computer to work hard XD)
Well, the models... The victoria4 model was a gift of a friend, but I started with the standard female poser figure ( <<< they quite suck ).
The clothing and stuff I found ALL across the Internet. Just google for poser freebies and you will find more than enough
