Not unless your colon is like Superman's. It might be sturdy enough to push poo out, but it's not meant to have objects shoved up there. The colon is actually spongy and somewhat delicate. As crude as this is, think about when you take a massive poop. If the poop is too hard, it can be difficult to push out yes? Think about the length of the woman's arm, compared to a small object, like a penis. The penis has no bones, and because it's smaller, it could better fit the colon.
