To access the underage forum, please follow these instructions. No photograph are allowed, period. Drawing and fantasy character only. Material supporting child abuse is prohibited regardless of media format or other content. Sexual illustrations involving questionable age characters are not allowed anywhere.

Well, firstly, I'm not sure these are the same artist.
Secondly, the first one's not on topic of AV - rather than UB.

I remember being linked to the first artists page on some website I had never heard of. I wish I would have bookmarked it, because it had a lot of good stuff.

The first one is an artist on Pixiv and a few other sites. I have no idea what their name is due to my inability to read the language, but i DO have The profile http://www.pixiv.net/member.php?id=598217
