A good program for free would be Gimp (current version is 2 I think). Other programs cost normally : o
Many here have good experience with SAI, since most people draw cartoonish and it's nice for drawing clear, unshaky lines. In my opinion the best drawing program is Photoshop. If you have any chance to get it, I'd totally recommend version CS5 because of the very comfortable interface and lots of customizable settings. Otherwise I had good experience with PS Elements, any version from 9 on.

Use SAI paint, I know a lot of high grade artist use them.

Oh alright, yeah im gonna try that, i have been trying with PAINT but damn i dont have enough patience haha other thing i might do is scan my drawings but my scanner is broken. Anyway, thanks very helpfull
