I don't know where it's from but I find it incredible fascinating and oddly hilarious.
I mean there's house full of anus portals. Some are being straitened, some are shitting, and some are being looked through.
Then there's a woman with an anus portal that she sucks another woman into before disappearing into it and creating an anus black hole over the city.

The guy who made that certainly love Junki Ito... The art style and , facial expressions and tje vibes is extremely similar to his work.
