my suggestions for lighting are either using your pen light placing it inside the tube, or you could get one of those small reading torches with the flexible neck (if it even exists wherever youre from)

Thank you for sharing that! I am curious now, are goldfish some kind of prickly/sharp/dangerous to put into delicate tissues without a buffer like that little bottle?

They are slightly sharp. The fins have bones in them you see. Now, this is fine for swallowing, and if you watch the vids i make, you will notice I always swallow head first. Pulling a fish backwards however, can force the sharp bones of the fins to pierce soft tissues. So therefore, safety jar.
