Found another 2000s show called Mary-Kate and Ashley in Action. It's only in the intro, a female zoom out with a uvulashot, where they catch a female criminal. Unfortunately, it's very low quality and this link is the highest I could find.

I hate it that someone posted a vague mouth zoom in on tv tropes, it intressts me but im to lazy to go to all of the episodes zo find one mouth zoom in. To put it lightly, its about sgt frog and its a zoom in on tamama but only on the funmation dub which is odd to say. If someone may know this zoom in tell me.

Same with Super Friends. TV Tropes says it happens a few times, but provides no examples. Makes it more frustrating in that there's multiple versions of that cartoon. Only saw one zoom in on some Kryptonian Pterodactyl, and that was because of Death Battle.
