I've been thinking for a while now that Miley Cyrus has a mouth fetish and that she likes to stick her tongue out (and show her uvula/tonsils) for that reason. This music video... reinforces that belief. Or maybe AndrewLondon is right and Miley has no idea what she's created. But you know, she's an adult and everything. Chances are she's either cashing in on this fetish or enjoying it.
