There is no official name per se. I have tried to get it called "clothing bondage" on multiple sites to no success. I have most often seen it tagged as shared_clothing or shared_clothes. The thing that gets me the most results on google is searching for it under the comedy act known as Nininbaori 二人羽織り, which is a Japanese comedic act where two people wear the same large coat (haori) and pretend to be one (hunchbacked) person. One person is the "face" and the other is the "arms". Humor arises from the arms never being coordinated with the face. Its also been used in "Whose Line is it Anyway?".

So, the closest answer is Ninbaori (二人羽織り) and/or Shared Clothing. searching for either of those followed by words like Hentai always yield results on search engines.

Thought I'd share this, since it's kinda up this alleyway. Live action, mostly implied with her talking about it the whole time and being dominant, but with a few cutaway zoom ins. Personally, I prefer this sort of thing to be a gentle, caring predator or giantess who either does it because their prey likes it too, or because they've gotten carried away. But she isn't especially rough with him physically.
