SecondLife, a couple months ago, brought in what they call "Sculpted Prims"...I'll show you how to create one here...

1. First, create a regular shape. Any is fine because a Sculpt cannot be crated immediatley, we need to change it manually.

2. In the Build Window (If you haven't already done this) you'll see a "More >>" button. Press that to extend the Build Window to show advanced options. You'll want to select the "Object" tab now.

3. In this new section you should see a drop-down box for "Building Block Type". Change this to "Sculpted" and the prim will (By default) turn into an Apple shape, since this is one of the Sculpted shapes SL starts with.

4. Now, you'll notice that all the little options you had before have now been replaced by a window with a rainbowy texture in it. Simply drag the "Belly Bulge" texture onto that rainbowy texture, and SL will apply the Belly Bulge Sculpt Map to the shape, turning it into the Belly Bulge Shape. From there you can resize and even pick up the bulge to attach it to yourself.

This is basically how to use the texture, though there's two different versions of it. The regular "Belly Bulge" is a normal shape that is pretty much mainly used for basic decoration. The "Belly Bulge Offset" texture is used for when you're scripting, so you can use a "llSetScale" command on the shape and make it resize more realistically. That's only really needed for the Scripters though, for people who just wanna use the bulge for decoration you can use the basic texture X3 Hope this helps you all~!
