activities that can be done in a pred?

Well, the most obvious one to me is sex. Vore two people and enjoy them going at it inside me... Mmmmmmh...

You seem to be assuming soft vore, no digestion. (Or slow painless digestion?)
The answer depends a lot on how you depict the environment inside the belly.

How tight is it? Is there room to move around?
How wet?
Is there enough light to see details, such as the words in a book?
Is there enough light to see at all?
How hot?
Is the pred still moving around, or are they too full to move?
Is the pred's belly bulging enough to get in the way?
What kind of creature is the pred? Different body plans move very differently; think snake vs. humanoid vs. cat vs. whale vs.... you get the idea.

To imagine or to find out what predator is doing.
To try to enjoy the ride.
To try to find what kind of movements predator likes most. Where to touch, and what way. Maybe pred could even help?
To try to find way to get deeper into guts. Maybe not whole but even your hand, surely pred could feel that and maybe even enjoy?
