I've got the gist of it figured out. I'll link to a sample real quick, one sec.

EDIT: I can't seem to figure out how to take a screenshot from the editor. The files won't save, but I did take a screenshot of it. I also can't figure out how to make some body parts further forwards than others, hence the first girl being displayed over the giantess's clenched hand. Will something like this do, or are you looking for someone with more advanced knowledge?

Sadly, there's no way to morph bellies and mouths larger than they appear here. Could certainly do implied SS, but it wouldn't be quite the same.

Yep, there's a couple different ears available, along with a variety of outfits and hats. Just list off a few ideas, and I'll try posing some of em.

Something like these two, I assume? I haven't completely got the hang of editing their faces, so the guys are mostly just girls with smaller eyes, taller noses, and abs. I got the render to work, so this one's a much nicer resolution.

EDIT: Also here's a free UB scene involving the two of them, because they exist.

The pred can be a busty, fat female that could pass for his mother.

Also, can you make their bellies bigger during and post unbirth? It'll make it more realistic.

I'm pretty good with kisekae and I know a trick to make bellies look bigger than they actually go in the settings, so I can probably get results for more convincing samesize vore. Got any requests for something that needs a larger belly?

Well, first off, you have to use the newer version at http://pochi.lix.jp/k_kisekae2.html. Basically, you just use the word balloon function with a skin color fill and a black outline to make a round "belly", then eliminate the overlapping line section with another skin color word balloon, this one with no outline. Optionally, use the text field feature to add a bellybutton. Here's an example of the sort of results you can get:
