Prey escaping the pred (possible gore)

An idea the pair of us have had bubbling around for a while, something that we've never seen much of either.

Basic premise is focused around someone who lives in a world where predators are a problem, and as a result, is prepared just in case something happens. And in this case, something does happen. The prey character ends up getting jumped, and eaten by a predator just expecting a quick snack, but from inside, the prey starts doing some major internal damage. Hidden blade, cybernetic implants, supernatural powers. However it happens, the prey gets out leaving the predator a corpse, walking off with a satisfied smile. We actually have the idea fleshed out and are looking for anyone who'd be willing to put this together into a comic strip, so if anyone likes the idea and would like to give us a poke feel free to hit up for actual details. Either way, we think it's a cool scenario, especially if the prey is patient enough to let the pred think they've won before obliterating them.

This sounds similar to a comic series I'm planning on starting here on Eka's soon. It's gonna be called "2 Friends" and will center around High School freshmen Kevin McTain and Tonya Bloodclaw(from "Human in a Monster World"). Kevin is a human who is on practically every monster's menu, and if it wasn't for Tonya, his 9 foot tall werewolf friend, he would end up getting eaten by one of his teachers or a fellow student or just some random monster on the street. He doesn't carry any weapons or anything he would need to slice his way out of a stomach, but he does know basic skills that can help him avoid getting eaten when Tonya's not around. A common occurrence will be Kevin either getting eaten(and getting out thanks to Tonya or his quick thinking) by a 6 foot tall dragon at his school or he'll be threatened with being eaten as a result of pissing the dragon off.
