A vore Revolution

My idea is of an paralel universe were the vore practicans are existing and going trought some quite illegal stuff around there.
There is an group of people trying to stop them.
I know this isn't much but is a point of start so I hope that somebody would take it.

Wait, do you mean the pro-vore group is a minority trying to overturn the establishment, or that they're the establishment and the anti-vore group are insurgents?
