I tried that few months ago while in Korea.
I was fascinated with the idea of having a whole living creature in my mouth, still moving, but unfortunately failed at eating it as the meat was too hard and the octopus was too huge even for my mouth.
Recently saw a video by jon raffman (dream journal) of a girl swallowing this chthulu octopus egg, and it was strangely exciting to me (not necessarily in a sexual way).

This is really a good new experience to try to. I have seen people eating moving octopus in TV. I have once try eating a live shrimp and its delicious.
