Can porn be a art?

This may sound silly for some of you, but I would like to know your opinion(s) about porn being use as erotic art.

It can be, but following Sturgeon's Observation, "Ninety percent of everything is crud", very little of porn would be very artistic. This is only to be expected, since artists known their target audiences, who are not really looking for "art".
