A cyborg in a BLAME!-like megastructure city gets an urge to become fully human again.
She rationalises to eating people whole must be the way.
So, going through places, she's never quite satisfied given most people are modified in some way to survive in a horrid megastructure as it searches for a genetically pure human.
Maybe the escalation is going to weirder and weirder locations in her search, planning how to find a straggler amongst a group, upgrading her body to be a more efficient predator, and so on.
Basically Blame but vore.
