Vore-Based Games?

Postby Halcyon » Tue Dec 18, 2007 4:01 pm

Edit: Old thread is old, there are quite a few vore games out now!
__________________________________________________________________________________________

HOORAY! FIRST THREAD EVER!

Anyway, I wanted to take advantage of the fact that the thread has been changed from "MMOVRPG Project" to "Vore Game" in general, with the subtitle explaining that the forum is apparantly now for discussing vore games in general. Great.

So, I wanted to know if someone could tell me about any vore-based games. I know about tons of video games that have vore in them, but I wanted to know if anyone can name me some that are BASED on vore.

The ones I know of are...

-Duamutef's Cartovore 1-2 and GVRPG,
-Taito's IK games, (Are they even vore? Oh well, I played them, and they're on this site, so I'll post them anyway.
-Krishna3ca's VGame...
-And, SpencerDragon's unfinished "Spencer's Vore World".

The top is on the "vore game" section of the site on the navigation, and the others are in the downloads section (Good luck with that, as I've only been there once, and don't know how to get back  ).

All (well, most) great games in my opinion, but I've played through (most) of them, and I was just wondering if someone could give me the location of anymore.

Thanks! :D

Edit:

Cubivore for the Gamecube. Eating your enemies is how you kill them, and you get killed if you get eaten. It's a great game. It's probably one of the only counsel games where the only rule is Eat or be Eaten. The look of the game is hard to describe. You'll have to play it to see what I mean.

EVO on the Super Nintendo had a huge base in vore. You had to devour your enemies so you could evolve into greater and better forms. Or course, this happened in a cartoony "enemy turns into a steak when you beat them" manner, but still..

Well, I don't really have any games finished, but you could poke some of the flash crap in my gallery (not really games, just nifty animations that change if you press buttons or whatever). And use headphones, that stuff is so old it doesn't have volume control! ^^;

There was also a 2D platforming game focused on vore somewhere around here (that I made, from Adament Borb's ideas), related to the VOR-COM game thread? I forget where it all went to though. PM me if you want the .exe or whatever.

EDIT: Here it was: http://aryion.com/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&t=380&highlight=vorcom

Right, I forgot to mention that... but I can't find it anywhere. Can someone give me a link?

Edit: Nevermind, I found it, but I remember... I actually have played it before, but forgot about it.

Thanks, though.

there is a game with a kitten-eating venus flytrap in it.

warning: not for hardcore kitten-lovers, or those who hate/fear blood.
are for kitten haters, vore lovers, and blood lovers

There's a decent number of RPG maker vore games linked here and there on the portal...

I don't actually *have* the links for them, but I would recommend you at least hunt down "GTS Vore Game" by Xwarriorj. It's my favorite. Though it's not the only good one by any means, it's the longest and vore-iest.

(Well, Taito's is longer, but it doesn't have much actual vore, so...)
Step into my world, and maybe one of it's denizens...

I'll also give a nod of respect to 'GTS Vore Game' - I'm super excited it's back under development and heading for a new release soon (hopefully).

Vore Night is another great rpgmaker vore game, though there are many other good examples here as well. It takes a bit more of a casual, light-hearted approach to the whole pred/prey relationship, but has sadly seen no development since the end of the first 'episode'. There was great promise in terms of what was coming up, so it's a real shame.

GTS Vore game gets my vote due to the length and times I have played it.

However some other games on the cards seem to be very promising.

Thanks for the updates everyone, but I did post this thread some time ago. I can honestly say I'm glad of all the vore games that have appeared since then :-D
