In my game thread awhile back, I was told that if I got a new computer that had Windows Vista, I wouldn't be able to run RPG Maker XP. Well, I got a new computer with Vista and the warning was partially right. I installed RPG MXP and when I tried to run the program, an error message popped up and then the program closed.
Well, I searched the net and found the solution. If you had the same problem I had, follow the directions I found here: http://www.gamefaqs.com/boards/genmessa ... c=41023595
I did and it works just fine now.
