know what a good vore game would be, a game were you make your on character boy or girl and you chose how old you what then to be what hair and clothes and the character is stranded on a island and has to get of but animals monster's and the island natives hunt you down and try to eat you alive

Would be cool, but that's a lot of work just to get past the character options, and to program all the different characters into the game so no one gets left behind.

If you were to do something like the character description then perhaps you might want to consider using a scroll feature much like that of the Thing Thing games were parts of the appearance change be changed by scrolling through pre programmed features
That way you have some choice and you don't have to deal with the varied sort of appearances that would take forever to make

I'm no game maker, but I'd suggest giving them like, three hairs for each gender, three, maybe four complete outfits, and maybe two to three age range options.

If you were going to do it in rpgmaker, you could also take the route of having standards for the sprites, being placed in the same part of the sheets for all the required frames, and have a lot of different ones, or you could create your own, and just name it "character one.jpg" or something, to set it as the one the game looks for.
