This game is NSFW, though it seems pointless to point that out. Anyway, this game is about you (as the female) raking up points by having sex with strangers (by alternating buttons for points). Game ends when everyone has broken hearts (when a passing stranger sees you having sex).
Anyway, as I was playing this, the second person my character had sex with...I forgot the name, but apparently, the animation that played was an vorish cycle, or more specifically, unbirth cock first and then exiting through the mouth.
