Yeah, the game is currently unwinnable because the boss on floor 26 who drops the amulet does not yet exist, and the final boss on floor 30 also doesn't exist. They are works in progress.

Also, sorry about the lack of updates; I got sick. Hopefully things will be updated soon!

Wait what? I finished the game. I found the amulet, pranced back up the levels and out of the exit! Sold my stuff and lived a life of luxury and got an achievement for not devouring anything.

There's more possible feats you can do such as the following examples:

"Pure Mage" - Ascend without using fists or a weapon.
"Pure Warrior" - Ascend without using a staff, wand or charm.
"Pacifist" - Ascend without attacking a creature.
"Archivist" - Ascend without drinking a potion or reading a scroll.
"Companion" - Journey with an ally through 20 depths. (Tried this one, game crashed during debug mode while using Wand of healing and Plenty before I could get this)
"Specialist" - Enchant an item up to or above +16.
"Jellymancer" - Obtain at least 90 jelly allies simultaneously. (Probably not possible, game would crash eventually if this was to be made possible)
"Indomitable" - Ascend without taking damage.
"Mystic" - Ascend without eating.
"Dragonslayer" - Kill a dragon with a melee attack. (Not available yet, but I saw a dragon listed as a predator, if it'll be killable, this can be a possible achievement)
"Paladin" - Ascend without attacking an unaware or fleeing creature. (Hard to do, if you want to survive, you'll need to not do this)

etc. If you know the original brogue, try doing this game by attempting those feats, I did Archivist with success.

I was gonna make a suggestion that the shadows, aside from attacking you could grapple you and drag you to the captain, either like an stance as if you were "swallowed" or just a pull move per turn

I hope he accepts this idea.

BTW, in the dire wolf debug and test, the game crashes if you attempt to offer yourself and choose the CV option. This been fixed yet? The AV dialog needs correction
after the disposal.

i did find out that if you get eaten by an enemy that is also prey to larger enemies, then the enemy that ate you is eaten it will bug the game out(example: getting eaten by a warlock and then the warlock gets eaten by a moblin, then the warlock gets killed you break free but are now eaten by the moblin and even if its health depletes to 0 you cant escape :/ )

Sorry for the lack of response, still getting over a sickness.

The grapple-drag is actually a mechanic in the works for other enemies. I'll consider applying it to the Shadows.

As for the issue with nested prey, I attempted to solve it recently. Are you sure you're playing the latest version and not 0.14?

This was mentioned and patched a few updates ago. What version are you using?
Edit: the main files were patched; the dire wolf files might have been overlooked. Sorry, I'll check when I get the chance.

I got the latest version and discovered a new pred (yes, the latest corrected that issue now)... A wyvern, but uses Warlock dialog, can you rework it?

I'm hoping to see the new ones listed, currently not seeing any other crashes or bugs right now.

All enemy text since 0.15.0 is bugged until I update all the descriptions. Only the enemies mentioned in the changelog will have correct texts.

New issue, game crashes in latest version if you attempt to AV or CV predators in latest version after corruption. But aren't they supposed to flee, why was the
check removed?

Hm. Given the mentions of being pumped, etc. in the vore descriptions, have you ever thought of more complex disposal possibilities/varied descriptions?

Also, any chance of other sexual interaction with preds?

These might be good ideas, but note that any change I make to one predator needs to be made to ALL of them thanks to the way the enemy framework works, which is why I'm in this situation where the text of most enemies is borked. The workload increases greatly with each new text change. When I someday finish this, though, I intend to release the source so that other people can change and play with it.

I know it would not fit, but I just thought of that when you gain the alpha pred status far down, what if you could use vore to make allies? like an enemy is overpowered and/or humiliated after being shoved up your backside and submits? more realistically, I imagine eating and digedting one enemy could intimidate the rest in a group into fleeing

Not trying to get that added, but it is game discussion beyond just developement. And this is stuff I can write about in my own stories.

(I like the game as it is. Just talking. ) This is one of the things that got me more interested in digestion stuff than I was before.

Yes, but not as much as it used to. You deal a random amount of struggle damage every time you try to move inside a predator, between 0 and 4. Drinking a potion of strength increases the maximum value of this damage range, but not the minimum value, so there's always a chance to do no damage. If you drink 2 potions of strength, for example, you will do between 0-6 damage with each struggle for an average damage of 3 damage per turn. However, if you're unlucky (imagine getting swallowed into a cramped position), you might deal no damage or too little damage before you get digested.

Side note: managing to hold on to your weapon when you get swallowed gives you +2 struggle damage overall, so you'd deal between 2 and 6 damage without any strength boosts. Hope you have a good grip!
