It happens when you teach a class, and only during the hours that school is actually in session.

The protagonist is male. There is even a bit at the beginning about having a Y chromosome.

By the way, does anyone happen to know who the model is that was used for Melissa (the ex-girlfriend)?

Try picking a fight with an adult in the class room. If you want the teacher assistant scenes.
Keep trying some times you need to have a lower score to get the scene you want.
Try not winning the fight right at the start. If your score is to high picking a fight and using any one of your abilities, makes for a quick win end to the scene.
I know it works I have unlocked every scene in the game. (the wins, the digestion & endings)
Try grinding the "let her do another attack" button will open more and better scenes. Hint: don't try to beat any of the girls unless you have no reanimaters & don't want to see one of the endings
( the unbirth scene was the hardest for me to get.)

I'm not too sure about the exact specifics, but i think you'll have to have met Merrill at the teacher's lounge. Then, you need to return to your pad and hope that Melissa is hungry and pick choices to avoid being eaten. Melissa then asks you to go get her a subway.

Yes, after you beat the mutant student,(remember to grind the right sequence.) meet Merrill in the teachers lounge. (very funny with no re-animators. )
You must return home to the kitchen Melissa will be hungry, you offer to get her a sandwich. (remember to get the sandwich right or you'll be Melissa's lunch. )

Spoiler: Try the subway manger line with no re-animators.-after you save.(To bad Melissa didn't have any anti-gas medicine.)

Quick question: I reached the point where I battle the mom and after that it seems there is nothing new to trigger. is that right or is jus the not going in the right places or doing the right things?

Hey, after you meet Mom you can always go back and try some of the other scenes that you missed or try other endings just for fun.
I think it maybe a while before an update.
i have a lot of saves to play just the scene I want to play at that moment.
I wonder if there might be more written into the teacher outside the school.
Maybe an alternate line back to the game? (ESCAPE!!!!!!)
New main foe. ( You must avoid the teacher as she tries to recapture or vore you.)
