It looks interesting. What is your native language?

I actually like the idea.

You just need to consider the mechanics more and such, but if you are willing to continue working I would be happy to at least play it!

ps. Oh. What does repose mean?

I think repose is rest, restores stamina, so I'd assume that's what it means.

Hi.
Interesting concept. I find a certain hypnotic simplicity to it. Certainly worth continuing.
Anyway, I have a few questions for you, if you have time to answer.

1/ What technologies are you using ? Obviously some PHP, but is it just plain old Apache/MySQL/PhP,or are you using a framework or something ? Is the world infinite (generated on the fly) or finite ?

2/ I'm asking this because I am myself a web developper. I'd be glad to answer if you want some advice or some help.

3/ What is your mother language ?

4/ What are your future plans for the game ?

Anyway, great job, and a very promising concept ^^

Arg i keep getting eaten...
One great thing would be to be able to see the other's players' stats.

As somebody who did a lot of eating, respawning should be... safer? When you get eaten you spawn in a safe cell, but you have no size and it's kinda easy to just camp the area outside the square and eat those trying to get back up to size.

Struggling to get out doesn't seem all the effective either, of the 30 or so people I ate only one managed to get out and turn the tables. When I finally got eaten I didn't even get a message, just had my hp get worked down while I moved around the map.

in fact this is my first attempt at coding pnp =)
so the statistics would be interesting.
I am sorry that I have not yet written logs who gets eaten.
need to refine the mechanics of combat. and coding. I do not have time for this =) I'm working on it a couple of days. ))

I misread the post title as "Bowser game" and was horribly confused when it was about horses and not the king of koopas.

Actually, hosting (which often comes at a cost), has been the main reason why I didn't consider such a project by myself. It's hard to find a service with the amount of freedom I want regarding technologies and a decent storage/bandwidth.

If you know of any cheap and good cloud host, i'd be glad to hear about it
