sexaddictt, Hmrmrmrm, the images shoulddddd open in a browser window. Have you taken the game out of the zip folder before playing it? Two additional things to try:

Navigate to your local App Data folder and find a folder called Blackjack 4. To get to the app data folder, click your start menu and type %localappdata% and press Enter (include the % signs).

Try: See if the images you're looking for are in there. They ought to be!!! They should be in a sub-folder, and all the ones you've earned ought to be there.

Try: Delete asset0.pkg and asset1.pkg from that folder, then re-launch the game and click Y when prompted. (It's possible that the assets for the game became corrupted while downloading and just need to be downloaded fresh. That sort of thing happened to two people before as far as I know).

If it's worth anything, I still think a hard difficulty option with a game timer would be a great addition if it's possible. It could add extra challenge and put an end to stalemates that take forever to resolve.

Who's gonna be the next character?

Lightvsdark777, there probably won't be a next character for Ultimate Blackjack. It's been a fun project, and it got a ton of support from the community but there's a few difficult factors keeping it from going further:

• For one, it cost me about $200 of my own money to develop the game. Now, that's actually really good! Commissioning every single image at the usual rates from each artist ran the cost of the project up over $4000, and community donations to support each artist ultimately covered almost the entire cost!
• I'm working on a number of other projects at the moment, including ones I'd like to share with the forum. The blackjack game was a great vehicle to work with artists and practice writing, but there's not much else I can do with the concept at this point. Working on other projects gives me room to try other styles of games.
• The game was written in 2015, and a lot has changed technologically since then. I'd like to try importing the code into a newer version of the dev tool I used to see whether I can at least make some updates, but there's a lot of stuff that was written just before technologies like HTML5 and some major Android publishing infrastructure were rolling out. I finished coding this game before Windows 10 even existed! So it may be more work than it's worth to go back into there.

At long last, I finally got the last, remaining art of defeating and eating all the lovely ladies. Been a long time since I did my fanart of this game. So much time has passed that I now want to redo my fanart instead of inking and colouring those old pieces. It will be one heck of a project that I don't have the time for currently. Other things in the works and commissions to be completed. I do want to return to drawing all these wonderful and tasteful dealers being swallowed and soon. Suppose I could probably get the story I've been doing on the side done before that. Thank you again for this wonderful little game Journeyman, ♥
