Hey, so this seems pretty neat! I'd like to access this mod, but I am brand new to Starbound, and I'm curious if someone could give me a quick guide as to accessing this content. I believe I've loaded the mod correctly, but there's no real apparent indication in game that I've correctly uploaded it. I just load up the game, am in my spaceship, and that's that! Can anyone give me a quick idea of what to do from here?

Follow the story until you get the ability to teleport to the outpost. If you did everything right, you should see the "Food Hall" pop up in the list of destinations. Nearly all of the mod's content is located there, except for a couple of mini dungeons that can show up on some planets. There are various shops there where you can buy all of the vore objects, as well as the furniture necessary to spawn in vore NPCs.

Thank you! Yes, it worked, I was able to buy some stuff from the food hall. Now I'm confused as to how to access the items/furniture/preds, though. Trying to figure it out, but any additional help you could offer would be great!

You can purchase a couple of books at the BellyBound store labelled "Vore Tenants" and "Vore NPC Encyclopedia". Once you use them, you can read these in the codex, which you can open with the book icon at the top right corner, or the hotkey [L]. These will give you all the info you need on adding tenants to your ship or buildings, including the different NPCs, what they can do, and what they need.

There are also a couple of guides for tenants on the official wiki:
https://starbounder.org/Tenant
https://starbounder.org/Tag

Code: Select all

in between
Code: Select all
"appliesEnvironmentStatusEffects" : false,
"minimumLiquidStatusEffectPercentage" : 0.1,
in their respective monstertype file.

I've included the edited files for smoglinz, goomy, and tempraptor. Just copy them to the appropriate folders and that should do the trick.

Is there any way to get tempraptor to move? I was able to get the others to work fine. Tempraptor works but doesn't move. Thanks so much! :D

Yes... it's been a while since the mod's been updated. On the other hand, it's also been a while since Starbound's updated, so it evens out. :P

The NPC behind the costume uses a special, unplayable "Dummy" race that has "invisible" sprites. Quite a few of the NPCs use this invisible Dummy race, ta allow them to be a bit more creative with their sprites.

This also means that the costumes, like the goodra costume, don't work for players.

The vore monsters are very incomplete. I think the goomy one can be spawned, but I've also heard reports that they just plain don't work in general.
Code: Select all
/spawnmonster goomyvore

So, with Sheights having not given any updates in months, and with his Tumblr nuked thanks to the recent porn ban, does anyone know what the state of the mod is? Anyone in contact with Sheights? Is he still working on it, has he abandoned ship?

Their last thread and reply/post on their own forums was in 2017 and they last visited their own forums yesterday: http://ssvm.forumotion.com/u1stats
