Having a little trouble with getting into the vore-mall, is there any sort of requirement? Because everytime I try teleporting there, it always sends me back to The Outpost.

I know the post is a month old, but are you still having problems with getting to the Vore Mall? If possible, please post your game log file here (usually located at "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Starbound\storage").
I have installed the mod a few times now and had this problem once too, but can't remember what exactly I did back then.
In theory, everyone could develop a game.
It may not be the best game, but it is a game after all.

It's the Game Version. The latest one has an error in the Vore-mall.

Seems to be working for me. I just started the game with SSVM + several other mods (Workshop, LL, ..) installed, warped to the Outpost, then to the Vore Mall, without any problems:

I couldn't find an answer here, so I decided to do some digging, found an "X" Account, think that's Twitter's new- anyways, browsed all the posts... They posted OFTEN, didn't get past 2023 before the site decided to stop letting me look at previous posts as if nothing existed before then. Or, maybe it didn't.

To cut to the chase, I found a post that read that they'll be selling a "Pack 3," which was a wee shock because I was already stoked for #2. They didn't have a link but they did state where, so I looked, and here's their store, where- it does cost money. For their efforts, and making things I enjoy, I paid up. Here's a link if anyone's feeling the same.

Yeah the mall seems broken sadly. latest version of both starbound and the mod. Teleporter to it just loops me back to the same teleporter, and using commands to teleport to the mall teleports me directly back where I was standing. Can still use commands to spawn the shop and the rest of the mod seems to work fine.

All I did was change the removed character to another of Foodhall's NPCs. Thankfully Tiled isn't the only way to edit JSONs, else this would have never been fixable. (If you're wondering what I mean, tiled will not let you open a json file if the directory doesn't match.) Anyways instructions on how to install are in the Zip.

Edit: Spelt never as necer.

Nevermind this fix works!!

sbq can already be considered outdated, it has a lot of problems.
Now there is a much more perfect mod - Starpounds just yesterday on it came out a major update

I do have the old starbecue, and it is pretty good - I could share it as soon as I'm able to - but the fact that it's now paywalled from the public is a little disappointing to say the least.. I follow the patreon updates and the latest version is 3.1(?), while the last public release was way before the code rewrite. Shame.

Anyway, I'll go upload 2.8 when I have the chance.

?? How is this the "more perfect mod"? This isn't even a vore mod this is a weight gain mod. Yes there's *some* overlap between the two, but it's pretty evident the focus is on fatplay and the gainer, not vore. SBQ is still actively being worked on as well.

Yes, this mod is fatplay and the gainer oriented and it only has one type of vore, but it is more advanced, it has weight gain (sbq doesn't have it) more detailed details of the vore such as oxygen loss inside the predator's stomach, and belly size depending on the size of the prey. There is the possibility of watching a predator that has digested a player. Sbq is much more fancy, and more focused on transformation and multiple types of vore.

I decided to play both sbq and starpounds. To absolutely no one's surprise- starpounds is super lame when it comes to vore content. Who could have guessed that the weight gain mod has more of a focus on weight gain, and just uses vore as a side niche/means to an end for weight gain. Player prey content is basically non-existant, and as you already pointed out there's only oral vore. Starpounds is a fine mod if you're into fat fetishism. But it's not particularly good vore mod. If you're looking for an actual vore mod though, get sbq or ssvm. I'd recommend sbq as it's in active development and isn't half broken like ssvm currently is.

Here is a matter of preference, I have long played with the mod sbq, until I discovered the starpound, for me it seemed much better, it is more realistic digestion of prey, after the victim runs out of health, it is still a long time to digest, the time digested can be configured in the configuration file, as well as you can adjust the rate of oxygen loss in the stomach of the predator and see his weight gain as visual, and through the scales. In sbq as soon as the victim runs out of health the stomach of the predator quickly decreases and it can not be customized. Also sbq has no weight gain, for me this is the main aspect.

Yeah I've messed around with the other vore mods and I really like the detail in Starpounds. Bigger prey is harder to keep in your belly, being able to churn people into milk and making more from bigger prey, struggling prey getting quieter and weaker as they digest, and of course the weight gain linked to the size of your meals.

The skill trees and xp gain from eating people is fun too, though I do wish there was more varied vore content. I'd love CV or UB+TF but it sounds like they're not much into sexual themes so that'd likely be an unofficial add-on or something, if it ever happens.

By the way in the configuration file you can customize the amount of health to escape npcs. For example, if you set it to 95, then the prey will not be able to escape if its health is less than 95%
