Are you using MO, NXM or just paste into data folder? If you use any mod menager check if you have belly from testslider od weightslider actived. I know it sounds ridiculous but if I had simmilar problem I suppose and all because I forgot to active this ESP.

I am using MO, and I have all the necessary .esp files activated (it even has the EBBB confirmation pop up in-game).

Have you download psb (pregancy scalling body)? Without it EBBB won't work.

Yes, though I should mention that the mod worked even without using the PSB body.

I know it may sound obvious but try to reinstall mod and if it won't work check if there is no collison between this and other devourment sub mods (if you are using any other devourment sub mods ofc).

The transfers are just fine for me, but YEAH! I can't get the Feel Yourself power to display messages. I did the Debug power and other possible formulas, including re-downloading the add-on. But every time I use the shout for Feel Yourself, nothing displays whether it's prey in the stomach, breasts, or butt. When I try again it indicates the sound for the Shout cooldown. Could somebody please help me solve this problem? :'(

I get the same thing when using the transfer to breasts. For me, the breasts turn cone shaped and then even when I back track to an older save it stays. I need to completely start a new save file for it to work again so I just stopped using it QQ.

Nope, though EBBB itself could use the bugfixing methinks.
I updated the mod pack containing v.65d, I did not update v.65d itself.
EBBB can work on v.65c/d, but there is more bugs, more things breaking, and the installation process is harder. (part of it is a coin flip if I remember correctly.) V.7 had a number of bugfixes for EBBB but the download links for that are all dead now.
