Hmm I'm curious, has anyone played episode 1 (or any RPG Maker game, really) with a controller? Just out of pure curiosity. I find playing with an SNES controller to be pretty nice, myself

Only stumbled upon Ep1 recently, still trying to get all those carrots to slim down after eating my first sixty evil bunnies.

Wishing I made that part more optional, I never got through a playthrough without having to eat 60 or more I don;t think >3<

I think it's harder than it needs to be. It's a nice touch, but probably should've slowed the two tracking bunnies that chase after you down just a we bit. I have not tried playing with a controller so far.

Not to derail anything about Episode 2, but the unbirth bunny from the first episode is still eluding me even though it seems everyone else's found em. Hope to see your progress on this!

I nearly always use a controller for PC games. Well, with a few exceptions.
A link to a fun game I love playing: http://www.blankmediagames.com/TownOfSalem/

Re: Chocola RPG Episode 2: Bunny & Essences
There's a lot of RPG sins in this game. Not refilling health and MP when Leveling up, Not refilling Health and MP between acts even when it's stated the MC takes a break to eat or sleeps. And despite being a voregame where th character is constantly eating entire people and creatures alike not even gtting the slightest refill of either health or MP meaning grind is inevitable since you have to be grinding, getting hurt then spending the money you get grinding to go and buy food to heal despite the fact you're constantly eating to go back out fighting more bad guys to be going out and eating more food to be going out fighting and eating badguys longer :v
Also I forget who said it but there was an earlier post that I agree with about how things seem like fun optional side quest but end up being strangely mandatory.
If I could offer improvements it'd be actual sidequests, small heals between fights since you're eating your opponents, full heals after level ups, more attacks, The option to decide wether you eat something or not and how you do it (Or at least add vore attack skills to let the player decide during battle, and design improvments such as all floors having a purpose instead of places like the Carron Building where it's a six floor building with only two doors in it. or the three floors of Usagi apartments with about 15+ doors where only about four of them work. Because I do like this game, it's cute and lewd and has some good ideas but ther's a few bizarre design choices that take me out of it.

It is my first game so there's a lot i might not of thought of which you just stated, like refilling health after eating someone. I should have thought of that but I don't know why I didn't. Upon not refilling health on leveling up, that's just how it is with RPG Maker, if there's a way to change it I will. A lot of improvements you suggested I'm actually already working on in episode 2 using other peoples' suggestions and my own realizations, gotta make mistakes to learn from 'em.
Thanks for your input. And for not playing the game just to make stuff to complain about like has happened before with someone else

I'll bet somebody's already got a script for changing status on level up, CarnivorousVixen. It's going to matter what version of RPGmaker you use, though, because it used to use Javascript but Ace uses Ruby. Either version look really simple and customizable, so it shouldn't be too much of a headache to drop them into the project.
