The Chat and Date options are what you need to continue using so that you go through all the unique scenarios, I believe you will eventually go on a date and have sex with her for the first time, after that you will unlock the next progress game and other date options.

She is TOUGH to do the first time around. Boost up Acid Resistance and Maneuver Strength as high as you want (I had 8 acid resist and 20 maneuver strength). Rest bonus does nothing, havING 20SP or more also helps, as you want to end the event as FAST as possible. Every moment risks orgasms, which empties your SP, and with high enough VP, you are looking at automatically losing too.

So if you don't want to have a Bad Time try;
8 acid resist
15 to 20 maneuver strength
15 to 20 HP
20 SP
10 VP or less

For those that havent done so yet, a message pops up informing you of your achievement, and that hopefully in the future she will gain additional content.

How do you play with the other girls, do you have to beat the game with Eva first?

Well you have to get past the main games with her until she accepts you as her boyfriend even beyond her attempting to digest you as a predator would. Then you go on a few dates to encounter the other 2, be prepared to be in a life or death game at this point so save before hand. After that you need to do another few dates etc to have sex and aphrodisiac belly for the first time. Then you're probably ready for the Gwen progress mission which is the last one available for now.
Then from there you do more dates again to meet the other girls out and about to trigger their side games.

Uh, I've run into a problem, the game has literally become unplayable. My bonuses after each massage just got smaller and smaller, and now I can never win. I have no idea WHY this happened, only that it happened when I was grinding to reach the next level.

*Oh, I think it may be related to Vore points actually, seeing as I was trying to get rid of them.*

There is a Vore Point to Massage multiplyer in effect, as long as you keep your VP count roughly below 10 then you'll be able to handle the random maneuver reduction negation that occurs as the massage bonus will be able to increase exponetially for each successive massage before the next maneuver. Also don't be afraid to lose the 5 affection points required to reset the practice difficulty, it does become a lot harder on Speed practice on later runs once you've hit the 5xp bonus levels.

I am at the point where my maneuver strength bonus is high enough I can beat Concentration on the highest difficulty without resetting which nets me 10exp each time but Speed is still a risk for me.
