How do I make NT Mama digest her victim(s)? And how many can she have in her belly for it? The readme says something about being able to enter a stance and press down twice, but it's not working.

Also her oral vore kiss is disabled(it doesn't even kill them.)

If she has one person in her stomach who has been defeated (at 1 health) she can digest them by pressing taunt, then down twice in the early frames of taunting. I think I've found it to be a bit buggy, to be fixed in time.
Her oral vore kiss hasn't been reimplemented in the new version, I simply forgot to re-add it. I'll do that in her next update.

It's the EX version of one of her grabs. It costs 1000 power.

Forward, Down, Back + any two punch buttons. (X+Y, Y+Z, X+Z)

Does that mean that there will be an Update Soon?

I can't tell you. I was laid off from my job about two months ago, haven't felt motivated since, as you can guess. I do have more freetime now as a result, and it's bad practice for a coder to leave something so buggy and incomplete. I'll see what I can do.

Cheers.

Sorry to hear you were laid off of your job, man. I'm not really one to talk, but I've seen layoffs before, and I'm sure things will get better and work out in the end as they seem to tend to, so don't let yourself get disheartened about life.

I'm really hoping to see a new update to NT Mama, it's always an exciting thing to look forward to!

So I saw a different Tifa Lockhart recently and it encouraged me to stick my head in this thread. (Even though this version of the char was actually from 2016, I realized later.)

I'm not sure how your job hunt is going, Pilum, but have you considered making doing a donation pool of some kind (like a Patreon or some such) to work on MUGEN content? I know some people seem to hate the idea of the things, and I can imagine you may not be in the right mindset for it, but it seemed like a possible option as a way of making a little money in between job hunting. Having browsed around, you are definitely one of the best MUGEN editors I've found in terms of making these kinds of characters still fun and playable aside from their vore moves.

I like the characters, but there's one thing that I like the most about some mugen vore characters, and that is:

They can vore 2 opponents (and yes, I am aware that NT mama can eat 2. But the others can't). I understand that it can be op but mugen is a single player game, so it doesn't really matter. Being able to vore 2 is so much better in my opinion. I hope to see that possibly added to these characters in the future (and letting Mai oral vore the opponents as just a move instead of having an UB finisher (and letting Mai eat 2), in my opinion UB is ok but I'm not that into it).

Hmm, posts from a month ago and I've completely missed them. How irresponsible of me.

I've considered this, but I don't believe it's likely to happen. I do this as a hobby, but as I'm sure you've noticed, I've put less and less effort into it lately. I've considered starting drawing to hone my art skills, which would be the reason for me to make a Patreon. I like making edits for MUGEN, but I just hate making the graphics for them, and maybe I'd be more inclined to do so after practicing my art. I do feel like I could afford to engage a bit more with the community, perhaps I'll start a Discord server.

As for jobs, I found a part time one a few weeks after my previous post. It pays the bills, but I'd rather have more disposable income. Cheers, for your concern.

I'm not concerned with it being too powerful or not, the issue is that it's a lot of work to implement such a small feature such as Mama's vore functions, with a lot of sprite editing. The only reason it's on Mama is because she has very simple and repetitive sprites. Now, making a single grab that can hit both opponents, that's a lot easier, but I personally never play 2v2 modes, myself. Double vore edits from me are very unlikely in the future, I wouldn't count on them.

Cheers.

Anyone know how to get the current version of NTmama to do the forward unbirths? I looked in the command cmd for the moves but it seems some of the descriptions aren't correct or something. The older versions of her work with the same commands. I can do the suction unbirth just fine

Newest versions of Mama are 6-button characters. Using ABC/XYZ will all have attacks assigned to them. Newer inputs of the unbirth move are F, D, DF + A/B/C, and the super now is bound to D, DF, F, D, DF, F, A/B/C.

Alright, I will try that Thank you for responding. This is my first time with a 6 button character, and I am not terribly familiar with Mugen but I do alright with most characters. It may take me some time to figure it out. As long as you are confident it indeed works, then ill avoid asking for more help :).

Edit: When I do that move she shoots vegetables instead of an unbirth move. Doing the input in the opposite direction performs the suction unbirth move. If I am correct A=, B=. and C=/ and the top row X=l Y=; and Z=\ Is there a way to change stances? My F, D, DF +A/B/C does the vegetable attack while the reverse does the suction unbirth. I did perform the forward unbirth once but it was a super when i pressed F,D,DF, + B/Y. Over on mugen archive for the 2018 version of her, the above mentioned input is for the vegetable move. Ill keep looking in the Command.CMD file

Mama's inputs and execution have been brought in line with most other Capcom vs SNK style MUGEN characters, which are popular, and a favorite character style of mine. (Plays similarly to characters by Phantom of the Server, DivineWolf, Infinite, JMorphman, etc.) As such, playing as her may be difficult for anyone not familiar with those characters or non-veterans of fighting games. A lot of these inputs would be very difficult without a controller or pad.

Her unbirth input is F, D, DF + A/B/C, which is similar to her vegetable input, which is D, DF, F + A/B/C. Are you still using a keyboard? If you like, I can post a simpler execution command file. Either you can give me the desired commands or I can come up with them myself.

Cheers.

I do use the keyboard, but ill figure out a controller in the future. It is strange because I am able to do both commands easily but they perform the same move. I do make sure I am indeed pressing the right arrow keys. I have to wonder if with arrow keys if you press forward and down if it just doesn't work, so that may be the issue. I redownloaded the 2018 update and also made sure my keymapping was not changed on accident. If you can post modified commands I would be grateful, but only if it's not that big of a deal :). I have both versions of her downloaded, so I can always use one for the AI and the other for me.

Thought I would post here since it's where I found the naked sprites link. 2 years ago people wanted the naked Grizela conversion I was one of them so took upon myself to do it, which I have completed to best of my ability. it's not free from bugs and I don't know how to fix em, the only reason I got it done was because the naked sprites perfectly matched the regular ones. When I get the chance I'll upload it I just got to find a site that's not going to be stingy with porn. If anyone could recommend one that'll be great. Of course credit goes to Brohan without him this wouldn't be possible and the original creator.

Well, the new Grizela edit should be nice as-is. I might have at it myself later. I'm currently working on another Fanatail character. Sprites are almost done, though I could use the help solid coder better than myself. I'm just a copy-paste-and-modify coder.

Update: took a look at it. the 0.65 resolution doesn't look very good on MUGEN1.0, so I changed it to 0.5.
Also, there is a "giant" Grizela floating around on MUGEN archive that had the earlier vore sprites with improved sound and function. If you readjust the resolution for this so-called giant, you could in theory use this character as the new original, or just copy the vore code off of it.
